EXCELLENT - We bought a second-hand hot tub from Hot Tubs Rock a few years ago and use it for around nine months of the year at our holiday rental, The Riverside Retreat. Initially, we had lots of questions, but we’ve now learnt what we need to know and feel comfortable knowing that our hot tub is dependable and hasn't faltered once. Reliability is faultless and it has never let us down. We’re particularly glad we chose the two seater rather than a four seater; it has comfortably accommodated three adults and retains the heat exceptionally well. We have the winterisation and annual servicing carried out by Hot Tubs Rock. We’ve also learnt a lot about looking after a hot tub, including which products work best with the hard water in our area. Whenever we’ve needed advice, the team at Hot Tubs Rock have been incredibly helpful, without ever trying to push products or services on us – something we really appreciate. Overall... Excellent. And a very knowledgeable and helpful team, and we’re really pleased to have such a reliable local business that we can turn to when we need advice

Absolutely so pleased with our new hot tub. From our initial enquiry, no hassle sales calls, visit to showroom for wet test with great knowledge being provided- still no hard sale. Delivery was on time and both the installation guys were so professional and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend. Very honest and personal touch.

We bought a quality Hot Tub from hot tubs rock in 2025. Great sales team, warm, friendly and sold us the right tub for our needs. I had a little difficulty in setting it up to its optimum performance and the team, without hesitation came around and sorted my problems out, (all self-inflicted) gave me lots of advice and even left a free servicing kit. Absolutely first-rate customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We purchased our new hot tub, infra red sauna and some garden furniture from HTR and it was installed last week. This will be my third hot tub having previously owned two Marquis spas and this time we selected the Sundance Bristol because of the incredible hydrotherapy it delivers. We are so happy with both the sauna and spa and the hammock chairs. They have improved our sleep, reduced our stress and helped us with our health and wellness goals (already!!!) We had incredible service from HTR, their showroom is just gorgeous and from the first visit you feel welcomed and like you’re visiting a calm oasis. The whole process was smooth and simple and the delivery and installation was very professional. If you’re looking for the ultimate in hydrotherapy, luxury and quality then HTR is the place to go. These items are an investment in your health and the health of your family, I highly recommend putting your trust in HTR!

Angharad was so helpful in answering my questions and with no pressure to buy she helped us find a great solution for us. We first met Angharad and Joe at the Malvern summer show where they had their display of swim spas hot tubs etc , they made time to talk and answer all our questions evan though they were very busy with the amount of people there so we had all the answers we needed electricity supply, water usage, and the cost of the swim spa we would like , when we were ready we went to their lydney harbour show room in lydney Forest of Dean , we once again met Angharad and Joe and talked about what we decided we wanted the oasis swim spa , this is where we were most impressed Joe not only took us to see a recent installation they had done he also came to our hose to do a site evaluation of where we wanted it and the practicality of setting the pool in our garden on the same day , we paid a deposit and the pool was delivered and commissioned whithin 2weeks , we absolutely love the swim spa for relaxation and exercise whatever you want to do we also got Joe to install a air source heat pump to reduce the running cost which helps dramatically . We would highly recommend hot tubs rock , Angharad and Joe have a great business with a fantastic team including a very experienced crane operator, to install your pool or hot tub we have had an extremely pleasant experience purchasing our swim spa this company certainly know how to treat their customers, best wishes for the future trev Julie

They were so honest and transparent from the start, and despite it being a win so not profitable for them the customer service was second to none. Even upon delivery they took the time to set it up and ensure everything was running properly, and have remained contactable for my thousands of questions. I cannot recommend more!

We've hired a hot tub three times now and each time has been brilliant. Booking was very simple. Communication around delivery and collection has been excellent, instructions on how to use and maintain the hot tub are really good, hot tubs are clean. The only downside is that it has to be taken away from me!! Thank you to Angharad and team, see you again next year!

High quality, clean hot tub delivered in advance of birthday party with first class customer service from Dan who delivered and set up the hot tub with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Absolutely loved our 4 person inflatable hot tub this weekend. Hot tub Rocks is super professional and kept us updated the whole time with instructional videos and delivers etc and WhatsApp group was active for help! Just booked it again for my wife’s 40th in 3 weeks time! Will be my go-to for the future…

I bought my tub over 2 years ago from Hot Tubs Rock and it's been brilliant. Joe installed it and we have had no problems at all. Any supplies I need can be obtained from Angharad at the showroom. Great service and lovely staff.
