Take your time, try out the different seats and ask our team as many questions as you like. We’ll explain the features, differences and benefits of each model so you can make an informed decision.

There’s no pressure to buy. Our showroom is here to give you the opportunity to experience our hot tubs properly before deciding which one is right for you.

Can I see swim spas at the showroom?

Do you sell hot tubs in Gloucestershire and South Wales?

Yes. We serve customers across Gloucestershire, the Forest of Dean, Bristol, South Wales and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just get in touch.

Can you help me choose the right hot tub?

Absolutely. You don’t need to know exactly what you want before you visit. We can talk through the size of your garden, how many people will use the hot tub, what features matter to you and your budget before helping you narrow down your options.

What else can I see at the showroom?

As well as hot tubs and swim spas, you’ll find saunas, cold water therapy products, pergolas, gazebos, furniture, chemicals and hot tub accessories.

What should I bring when I visit a hot tub showroom?

You don’t need to bring anything special when you visit our showroom, but a little preparation can help you get more from your visit. If possible, bring some details about the space where you plan to install your hot tub, including approximate dimensions and a few photos of your garden or installation area.

It can also be helpful to have an idea of how many people will regularly use the hot tub, what you’d like to use it for and your approximate budget. If you’re replacing an existing hot tub, bring along its dimensions and any information you have about the electrical supply and installation.

Most importantly, bring your questions! Our team is here to help you understand your options and find a hot tub that’s right for you.

What should I look for when trying a hot tub?

Trying a hot tub in person is one of the best ways to find out whether it’s right for you. Don’t just look at how it feels when you’re sitting down. Take your time and explore the whole experience.

Pay attention to the comfort of the seats, the position of the jets and whether the massage feels right for you. Think about whether everyone who will use the hot tub can comfortably reach the controls and whether there is enough space to move between different seating positions.

It’s also worth looking at the controls, lighting, filtration system, insulation and other features that could affect how easy and enjoyable the hot tub is to own.

Our team can talk you through the differences between models and help you understand which features are genuinely useful for the way you plan to use your hot tub.

What questions should I ask before buying a hot tub?

Buying a hot tub is a significant investment, so it’s worth asking plenty of questions before making a decision.
Some useful questions include:

How much does the hot tub cost to run?
What electrical supply does it need?
What are the installation requirements?
How much maintenance will it need?
How often will I need to change the water?
What filtration system does it use?
What warranty is included?
What happens if I need servicing or repairs?
Are replacement parts readily available?
How long will delivery and installation take?
What is included in the price?
Which features will make the biggest difference to me?

Don’t be afraid to ask about the things that aren’t immediately obvious. A good hot tub should be enjoyable to own as well as enjoyable to use.

At Hot Tubs Rock, we’ll give you honest advice and help you understand the ongoing costs and practicalities as well as the features and benefits of each model.
