This year has been one hell of a year for us!
This year we stopped offering hot tub hire which meant we didn’t need our huge warehouse and one of our big vans.
We stopped our Living by Velvet Estates brand which meant we now don’t have anything to take our focus away from our passion which is hot tubs and everything wellness to help you live a better life! We also freed up the upstairs mezzanine in our showroom to create the VIP lounge, where customers can relax when they visit to test out our wonderful products. We also very much like relaxing in it ourselves too!
We have also reduced our showroom ours from 7 days a week to opening Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 10 until 4. We are still available for appointments outside of those hours but it means we don’t need to be there all of the time and get to enjoy a better work life balance.
As of last month we now only have our one flagship showroom in Lydney in the beautiful Forest of Dean as we closed our Evesham branch.
All of the above has meant we can focus entirely on our main business and our main showroom to make your wellness journey the absolute best it can be.
It’s been a lot of change but we’re definitely heading in the right direction!
