Below is what makes the Sundance Optima so special?
Microclean Filtration
The Sundance Optima has the most advanced filtration system of any hot tub on the market.
Microclean Ultra is so good that it produces drinking quality water for you to bathe in.
The outer part of the filter is designed to capture larger particles down to 20 microns in the water however due to it’s size and horizontal orientation that you won’t find on any other brand of spa, it gives you 130 square feet of filtration area!
The inner part of the filter is designed to capture very fine particles between 3 and 5 microns giving you the absolute purest water in your spa.
Sundance are the first and only spa manufacturer to receive an award from the Water Quality Association
Fluidix Bearingless Jet technology
This is another feature completely unique to Sundance and found on the Optima
These jets have been developed in conjunction with a company called Bowles Fluid Dynamics who specialise in the movement of water without the need for any moving parts meaning there’s nothing to ever wear out, clog up or maintain!
The massage you get on day 1 will be exactly the same on day 10,000 and what a massage it is!
Each jet is cleverly designed to give you a different massage and target your body in different ways.

Clearray Active Oxygen
The ultimate in water cleanliness!
Most hot tubs on the market use an ozone generator to help kill bacteria and keep the water clean however the system on every Sundance Spa goes that one step further!
The water is mixed with a small amount of ozone gas, mixed thoroughly with the spa water and then passed over a UV-C bulb to energise molecules and create active oxygen. This process destroys contaminants and water borne pathogens and also polishes the water to give you a much better bathing experience.
Bluewave Premium Music System
The 880 series has the most unbelievable sound system we’ve ever heard in a hot tub!
It connects to your phone via bluetooth and you can play your favourite songs, podcasts or audiobooks straight from your phone whilst it sits comfortably charging away from the water in the wireless charging dock.
You can even control the volume, pause and skip tracks all from the touchscreen control system
Wireless Charging Dock
Every 880 series hot tub has a wireless charging dock for your phone on the outside corner of the hot tub.
It means your phone will never lose charge when you’re listening to your music and it keeps it away from the water.
Sunscents Aromatherapy
Every 880 series hot tub has an air blower with one unique feature, an aromatherapy injection system!
You can choose from four different scented cartridges that get injected into the air bubbles when the blower is activated which means that there is nothing that comes into to contact with the water that may contaminate it or block the filter.
Each cartridge lasts around 4 weeks before needed
SmartTub App
This is the most incredible system ever fitted to a hot tub for maximum control of the most used hot tub settings.
It works off 4G or can operate off your Wifi network too with newer models.
You can turn the jets and lights on and off, change lighting colours, set temperature, change filter cycles, set schedules to automatically tell the lights to come on and it to be at a certain temperature at a certain time which in turn saves energy.
Speaking of energy, it also monitors your energy usage so you can adjust settings to get the maximum energy savings from your hot tub to suit you lifestyle and usage pattern.
There is even a smart sensor kit included on the 880 series to tell you when the cover is open or closed, the spa is full or empty or if there is water inside the cabinet.
Please note this is a subscription service, your first year is included and then its $63 a year for the enhanced monitoring service payable directly through the app.
