I have had a Luna awning installed by Hot Tubs Rock. I can honestly say I am 100% happy with the whole process. From the start of tentative enquiries to the end result the team was helpful and informative , these guys really know their products. On the day of installation the team arrived on time and quickly set to work. What really impressed me was their commitment to getting everything perfect, even apologising for the width difference between the awning and the wall of the adjoining house, as this wall was not square! I still cannot really see this difference. The awning erected they left my garden just as it was before they came, no rubbish, everything removed. Absolutely brilliant job. Thank you team.

These guys are not about pushing the easiest / most expensive repair solution to a customer.....they really care.

To put into context....we had a significant water leak with our vintage tub, it would have been so easy for these guys to have replaced the pump which would have cost £££'s instead they started with the simplest of solutions replacing a seal costing £'s.

Also their call out / diagnostic fee was 50% less than our usual go to company.

Visited the Lydney shop, walked away with the Fuji Compact, one lounger and five seats, 13 amp. A nice upgrade to the one I left at my old house.

I especially liked the no hard sale, no pressure at all. Given the opportunity to go down once the shop was closed to test out the tub to ensure it was the right one.

Delivery day come, the guys were very professional and took no time at all to set up.

A minor problem occurred and after contacting the team Joe visited and rectified the problem, carried out tests on the tub, all satisfactory. Changed the outside wall socket due to a crack, no charge made to me. Especially impressed as he turned up early evening to ensure the tub was up and running.

The chemical pack that comes with the tub in a black plastic box is very handy, wasn’t expecting the little extras, mugs, duck etc. really nice touch.

To top it all off had a delivery of cookies.

If you want to buy from a company that is happy to show you around with no pressure, this is definitely the place to go.

Just the best - better than the rest!

We were kindly gifted a solid Rotospa hot tub for a week, without any strings. We were not asked to review or post about it, this is a genuine review. We have only used a hot tub once or twice and were excited about the arrival. We were sent ‘Fred’ who proved to be a lovely addition to our family. The two installers were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hot tub was AMAZING, and I have never seen my husband more chilled out, on a staycation. I have chronic health issues, and found this a lovely experience, to have on hand to use.

Angharad and her team, are helpful, and happy to answer any questions. They keep you updated with emails about delivery and collection. Both of which were super- smooth and stress free! It really has been an amazing experience and we are now considering purchasing one later this year. (We will also be hiring one before this, for a week, as it was so relaxing.)

Fred has just been collected, and his part of our decking, now looks lonely and bare. We miss you, Fred!

I booked the 6 person inflatable tub for a weeks hire.
I had an issue meaning we needed to rearrange our hire, this was not a problem and Lisa was really helpful over this, much appreciated!
On the day, the install team arrived within the time specified, set up took barely anytime, they were chatty and friendly. Same again when they took it down again.
We all loved having the tub, we don't have enough room to have one permanently so hire was perfect for us. We will definitely hire one in the future too and I recommend others doing it too! Thank you Hot Tubs Rock 😊

highly recommended ❤️ from day one the service was fantastic, the team that came and set it up on the hottest day of the year couldn't do enough and was amazing with our 2 kids 🥰 we will miss Frank the hot tub, i even think my kids are going to cry as if we lost a part of the family 🫣🤣 we had our electricity bill and water and we are on commercial rates and we didn't see no difference at all, maybe £2 🙄 which for this luxury is nothing, I'm sure I can raid the kids piggy bank to cover this🫣 as they have used it more than us 🤣 would highly recommend to anyone even if you want to test the water until you get one for yourselves, we definitely will be now 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 here is 2 pictures of when we got it and how sad they are its going 😢😢😓

I bought a rotaspa hot tub just over a year ago and absolutely love it. It's also helped my son be more confident in the water and progress with his swimming lessons.

What a fantastic week we had enjoying the hot tub we hired for the week running up to my wedding.
The guys delivering the hot tub were friendly and helpful, we had an issue on day 2 which was dealt with very promptly. we all very much enjoyed our hire and will be doing it again soon!
Only issue I had, I never received an email with a delivery time so had to chase that up.

Hired a solid hot tub with gazebo and we were thrilled with the service and the whole hire experience. Two super friendly staff arrived promptly within the time window pre-allocated to us; the hot tub and gazebo were brought in, erected and left up and running within 30 minutes, and I was given clear simple instructions on water testing, and reassured that any problems could be dealt with by a phone call. A great local service - recommended!

Recommending the excellent after sales care from HTR. Minor issue with lid lifter reported on a Sunday and dealt with by Monday lunchtime!!

Having been looking for hot tubs online for a while, we wasn’t really keen on the idea on buying from a company we’d never heard of as thought of anything went wrong if we could contact them easily or what there customer service would be like,, so decided to try a local company we were recommended to go to hot tubs rock and so glad we did,, from the moment of stepping inside there lovely showroom shell was amazing and explained everything we needed to know,, and listened to us as to which hot tub we wanted, anghared and joe were so easy to deal with and knew exactly what we wanted even down to the guys who installed it ( happy if you provide them with cakes 🍰) they also ran through the whole set up eg with chemical levels etc to make sure we understood if you’re wanting a hot tub do not hesitate to contact them we would highly recommend this company and can honestly say they’ve certainly made us one happy family 🥰 once again thank you all very much for providing us with our dream hot tub🙌

The 2nd time we have hired from Hot Tubs Rocks and it won't be the last time. Everything from ordering, to installation and collection is easy and painless. We had a small issue with our tub which was sorted at 6pm on Christmas Eve. Where else would you find a company that would come out at that time at Christmas? They even messaged during twixmas to check everything was OK. We cannot recommend Hot Tubs Rock enough. I chose Hot Tubs Rock to be my hot tub suppliers a long time ago - when having a hot tub of my own was just a dream, purely due to the owners and their morals of owning a business! Fast forward 2 years and I can finally say I'm a proud owner of my own tub- and what a beauty she is!

From phoning the shop on a Monday (when the warehouse isn't even open) and getting an appointment to go and view the tubs, to getting the tub delivered on Wednesday (yes, that's only TWO days from order to delivery) everything was straight forward, informative and professional, as well as friendly and just a lovely experience.

I would definitely recommend anyone to get in touch if your looking to add a new addition to the garden!

Another thing to add is the AMAZING brownies from "Baked by IZ" and the little extras such as the mugs, pens & ducky 🐤

HTR simply do rock. We currently have our 2nd hire (for the Xmas period) and the team cannot do enough to help if needed. We’ve had a small issue with the tub, but this was swiftly rectified with 2 of team coming back late in the evening, when they should have been heading home. Making a big purchase like investing in a hot tub is a huge commitment, but also a massive mindfield!! There was absolutely no question that Hot Tubs Rock was the place to go after speaking to several different suppliers. The advice was second to none, listening to our wants and needs and making suggestions as to which tub suited us. There was no pressure selling, and our budget was respected. The knowledge and patience Angharad and Joe have is second to none. Our tub arrived and was installed by an amazing team of friendly and professional staff. There was a slight issue with the tub but Hot Tubs Rock sent someone out immediately and the after service was even more impressive than the sales service. I would not recommend anybody else. Yes you can find a tub ever so slightly cheaper online but you cannot ever put a price on the outstanding service you will receive. Thank you HTR 🤩🤩🤩

Fabulous customer service, no hard sell. Great to find a local company that you can rely on. Kept informed about tub delivery being delayed with regular updates. Was delivered and set up by 2 lovely guys shame I had to wait for it to hot up as I couldn’t wait to get in, but worth the wait. Then received a unexpected card and brownies the next day in the post. I couldn't recommend the team at Hot Tubs Rock highly enough! I have been trying to get a new lid and lifter reposition for nearly 2 years from different companies who either didn't reply or never turned up. I hadn't heard of hot tub rocks and i had nearly given up until I saw their Facebook page, I had to move my original appointment due to covid and nothing has been a problem for them. Terry came and measured up, was full of knowledge and advice and returned today on my requested date to reposition and fit and kindly delivered the chemicals I ordered very last minute. He took the time to make sure I was happy and gave me handy hints and tips to get the best out of my tub even though I didn't purchase it from them. If you are looking for a New tub or have problems with an existing one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend getting in touch with them!

Hired a Solid Tub from Hot Tubs Rock for my birthday in March and thoroughly fell in love with Hot Tub Life so much so I set about convincing the other half our life would be complete with our own Hot Tub 🤣, I shared every Hot Tubs Rock post, every live post Angharad did until the seed was planted and him indoors suggested a visit to Hot Tubs Rock showroom (woo hoo). So I had a great idea to upgrade our inflatable hot tub, to a solid one. And there lies a challenge! How do you lift a solid hot tub over a wall and lower it into a garden at a different level 🤦🏻‍♀️
But we gave Hot Tub Rocks this challenge, and with a bit of thought, and construction (yes really!) it is in!
We absolutely love it!!!! We have the Zadar, and it has everything we want, lights, Bluetooth, waterfall!!! The extras, lid lifter and chemical bundle are worth it as well, you have everything you need, and it’s ready to go!
Thank you to Joe and the team today (you were right, me staying out of the way was better 😂) for building the ‘slide’ and getting it into position. And another thanks to Joe who then spent time going through it with me, really informative and useful, but I may still ask questions.
